Merchant Account Support, Built by an Operator Who Understands Both Sides
Applications
High-risk merchants operate in an environment where payment infrastructure can be terminated with 48 hours’ notice, often at the worst possible moment. MerchantFirst Payments was built to be the resource that didn’t exist when those merchants needed it most — a single operator who understands both the payment processing landscape and the technology required to keep a business running through it.
As a registered ISO agent with access to a network of 30+ acquiring banks, we place eligible merchants in hard-to-place and specialty verticals that mainstream processors decline, matching each application to a partner suited to vertical, volume, and risk profile. Applications are reviewed within 24–48 hours, packages are delivered encrypted, and nothing goes to an underwriter without review first.
Beyond merchant account placement, we build and operate the payment infrastructure that turns a terminated account into a disruption rather than a catastrophe. AltPay Rails — a hosted multi-rail checkout that runs on any site — means a merchant who loses their card processor can keep alternative payment options running the same day. The goal: no single decision by a processor or platform should be able to take a merchant’s revenue to zero.
MEnterprise Firm Inc. is incorporated in Ohio. All merchant applications are handled under formal ISO agreements, with document handling encrypted end-to-end. We operate on the principle that the merchants we work with should own their infrastructure, their data, and their customer relationships — not rent them from a platform that can revoke access without notice.
Every application is reviewed personally before it goes anywhere. If a merchant’s site has compliance issues that will get them declined, we say so before submitting — not after a rejection damages their processing history.
Pricing is transparent. We publish rates because merchants who’ve been burned by opaque pricing from previous processors deserve to know what they’re agreeing to. If a deal doesn’t make sense for both sides, we’d rather say so upfront.
We operate independently. MEnterprise Firm Inc. is a C-Corp, not a side project. When a merchant submits an application, they’re dealing with a professional operator built to support them long-term.
